The creative individual I studied for my report was my mom. I talked to her a lot about starting her business and creating different varieties of food. I think she's been super creative with her menu. It has been a struggle for her being able to access certain foods since her coffeeshop is gluten free and mostly paleo. Overall, I look up a lot to her because of her positivity through all of this even if she's struggling.
I think that's really cool your mom is an entrepreneur, and from the picture, those look delicious! Also, I love how you set up your blog page, it's so much nicer than the default one which is the one I went with lol

ReplyDeleteYour mom is amazing and her baking looks great! Although I'm sure it's difficult to accommodate such difficult diets especially when coming up with pastries, but people with those restrictions I'm sure are thankful your mom is coming up with such great recipes.
